By installing or using Rahgozar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

1. What the service is

Rahgozar routes your device's network traffic through a server you select, using Android's VpnService. The app is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

2. What it is not

• It is not an anonymity service and does not claim to make you untraceable.
• It is not a guarantee of security for anything you do online. It encrypts traffic to a server; what happens after that is between you and the services you use.
• It does not come with an uptime guarantee. Servers may be slow, may be unavailable, and may be withdrawn.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Rahgozar to:

• break any law that applies to you;
• attack, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with any network, service, or device;
• send unsolicited bulk messages of any kind;
• distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to anything;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.

We may withdraw access from an installation that is being used for any of the above.

4. Your responsibility for local law

Laws about VPN use differ from country to country. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you are. Availability of the app in a given country is not advice that using it there is lawful.

5. Advertising

The app shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. Ads appear inside the app itself. We do not modify the traffic passing through the tunnel and we do not insert advertising into other apps or websites.

6. Age

Rahgozar is intended for users aged 18 and over.

7. Changes to the app and to these terms

Features, servers, and settings may change at any time, including through configuration delivered to the app without a store update. If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

9. Open source

Rahgozar is derived from software licensed under the GNU General Public License v3. The corresponding source for released versions is published as required by that licence; the About page links to it.
